They focused on getting to know the candidate beyond the resume, which was refreshing coming from a large company. Obviously, there were the standard background & situational questions, but nothing abnormal.

Very chaotic, I was called from one day to another and then postponed several times. After the interview I was told I was going to be interviewed again with other key people which never happened. When I tried to get any feedback neither HR or the person who interviewed me replied. It is normal you don't pass an interview however you expect better ethics from such a company
