Interview
The process involves a pre-interview assessment (up to 45 minutes) with a recruiter, followed by an online practical exercise. If the exercise is passed, it is followed by an interview (up to 60 minutes) with two interviewers from the Client Engagement team.

Question 1
The questions in the practical exercise covered topics such as crypto knowledge, attention to detail, security, investigation and research abilities, and client support cases. Conversely, the interviews focused on personal experience with crypto, understanding of the crypto industry, experiences at previous jobs handling client support cases, and reactions to different client support scenarios.
