Interview
Unstructured hiring process and lack of candidate respect
I applied for a Founder’s Associate role and was sent a case study within a week without any initial screening call or interview. While I appreciate practical assessments, the process felt unstructured from the start.
The case study required approximately 3–4 hours of work, but no clear deadline or expectations were provided. I was simply asked to submit it “as soon as possible,” which made it difficult to prioritize and understand urgency.
After submitting the assignment within 1.5 days, I did not receive any feedback. About a week later, I was informed that the position had already been filled. This raises concerns about why candidates are asked to invest significant time if the role is already close to being closed.
Overall, the process lacked transparency and respect for candidate time. A more structured approach with clearer timelines, communication, and feedback would greatly improve the experience.
I had a disappointing interview experience with Kranus Health due to a lack of professionalism and poor communication. The process felt disorganized from the start, with unclear expectations and delayed responses. Communication was inconsistent, making it difficult to understand where I stood in the process.
Worst of all, after the interview, they never got back to me—not even a simple follow-up or rejection email. This level of unprofessionalism is frustrating and reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process.
I hope Kranus Health improves its recruitment approach to ensure candidates are treated with respect and kept informed throughout the process.
