It was a pleasure to speak with LeRay in HR. I am so thankful she mentioned the range for the hourly rate during the phone call. It definitely saves both parties time. I would really love to be part of this company but the hourly rate ranges from $14-$16 only and no negotiation. The job ad mentions you need 2 years of accounting experience + a bachelor’s degree. $14-$16 is way too low. This is like a joke... The ad also mentions that they have competitive compensation which is a lie. You can’t expect an employee to have a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of accounting experience with such low pay. Sheesh

Branch Manager wanted to know about expectations for the job. Very interested in whether you are willing to learn and go through the "grunt work" side of the business to get experienced before getting into the advanced work.
