As hiring remote team members is still a fairly new process for us since the pandemic, we are always open to hearing new thoughts and ideas to ensure the continued success of our firm. We have several vehicles in place for team members to communicate either directly or confidentially. These include an open door policy with our function center leaders or Managing Director, as well as quarterly Town Hall meetings during which we address anonymous questions submitted via Survey Monkey. We would welcome any additional input as you continue your journey with us!
