      Millwright Interview

      22 Jul 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Kroeschell

      Interview

Unprofessional, interview process consisted of talking as though I was a republican, the boss seems to hate democrats. Then we talked a lot about cars and motorcycles, very little about the actual work going on. I just let him talk up a storm. He seemed to have very strong opinions on issues, like the government etc. This should have been my first red flag. Strong opinions usually mean the person is a fanatic or extremist, which means they are very hard to get along with as they tend to be easily offended..
