I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kroll (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Behavioral Interview, Phone screen and then moved on an onsite interview. Behavioral and motivational questions were used. Process was fairly easy, met with 4 interviewers and then an offer was presented. Background check and onboarding was very easy.
I applied through my school's job board after doing a bit of networking. First round was sent out a couple weeks later and was a prerecorded interview. Second round was a Superday where I talked to two employees (an Associate and MD). A couple days later, I received an offer.

No Offer
Interview
Applied online and got a face to face interview. The interview was fairly informal. The interviewer just wants to see if you can communicate effectively. Basic compentecy questions and basic questions about background. Overall it was a good experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
One phone screen; in person interview. Nothing too unexpected - technicals were basic questions about the 3 financial statements. Fit questions dealt with previous experience and the relevance of coursework. Very nice people. Would definitely have worked there, but I found an opportunity that was a better fit for me personally
