Very disorganised! In particular there were very long delays in contact which meant that the whole process was very drawn-out. However the interviews themselves were as expected: one in person, and then a couple of phone interviews which were somewhat cursory.
There were some legal complexities due to a lack of a formal local business unit which I believe have now been resolved.
