One-way interview with three attempts at each of the four questions as well as unlimited thinking time. Standard questions with nothing that out of the ordinary; examining why you want to work in data as well as what you know and how qualified you are.

One-way video interview. You're given unlimited time to think after being given the question, and then 3 minutes to answer once recording has started. You can do 3 takes for each question if need be. They also give you a practice question and walk you through the process pretty well. No opportunity to ask them why you didn't get an offer, how to improve, etc. I thought my interview went well but apparently not...
