Interview
Two step recruitment process. First step is a HR interview. It's basically a screening step to see how fit you are for the position and learn your motivations. Second step is with Delivery Manager / Engineering Managers where you are asked to present your past experience and say how you would solve some typical problems that DM/EM face frequently. As long as you are fit for the position you are good to go.

Q: What do you do that sets you apart from other candidates?
The recruiter contacted me to arrange a time for an initial call and I never received the call. I contacted the recruiter and we set another time for the call, got a call an hour before asking to re-arrange again. On the third attempt, the recruiter did not call me, I contacted him asking if my application was still ongoing or if I should "move on", but never got an answer.
