Interview
First is a Mathematics and English aptitude test. Followed by a vocational test . And an orientation program where you will probed and judged through responses . If you clear this day next will be PI round with senior management and HR round to discuss salary and expected date of joining.
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
