      Javascript Front End Engineer Interview

      24 Oct 2016
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kustomer (New York, NY) in Sept 2016

      Interview

A few phone interviews, one of which was with the CEO. Next they give you a code exercise. Lastly you come in for a few hours and talk with some developers, CTO and CEO to go over your code exercise and give you some other code questions. The overall interview process was very quick, and they worked fast on their end so there was very little wait time between interview steps -- sometimes less than a day. The whole process was very personal and I felt like they actually cared about me and wanted me to succeed in the process. Probably one of the best interview processes that I've ever had.
