Easy process as long as you express that you like meeting people and helping others. Having a positive attitude is a plus, and they encourage people to be welcoming and very interactive with residents. I had a low GPA, below 3.0, and I was still accepted.

Interview
Very simple and basic questions. Nice people. You get to know the staff so it's not awkward or uncomfortable. Casual attire is accepted. I enjoyed it very much. Would recommend it to anyone.
