I am drafting this review prior to hearing from my interview. I always find it’s better to sit and reflect before knowing the outcome.
Very welcoming and straight forward process. Respected the candour.
Had an informal discussion with their HR specialist Lucy who took time to really explain the fit of the company and the role.
Moved on to an interview where I discussed and shared more of my background, my CV experience and what expectations were on both ends.
So far great introduction to company. Not felt rushed or dismissed. In fact feeling very positive about the culture fit.
Final interview involved multiple employees. Could tell the team had great chemistry across different continents, enjoyed sitting in watching them interact prior to interview starting.
Again fairly straight forward questions relating to experience and explicitly linking it to day to day requirements at Kyloe.
“Job can invoice x, have you faced x before, expand on it”
So if you have understood and are pursuing a job role which is a typical off shoot of your experience then you will enjoy tying together the answers here.
Overall the interviewing process has been one of the nicest and most tempting of all interviews. Between my interviews I have noticed a real high level of engagement and good recruitment management. I think Kyloe having stakeholders in recruitment industries mean they probably have a highly developed and highly conscientious recruitment methodology. Definitely felt their organisation was above industry standard.
