Communication from the interviewer made the initial interview difficult to schedule. I wasn't even sure if the interview was going to happen on the day because the only notification I had was the calendar invite changing dates with no confirmation via email. I hadn't even confirmed that the interview date worked for me, so I had to change the date and still had no form of communication confirming the new date and time. Interviewer was late, citing tech issues. A few days after the interview, I was told that the role is on pause because responsibilities in the role itself was changing? A few days later, I was informed that the role ended up getting filled and that they were no longer proceeding with my candidacy. Overall felt very disorganized and a waste of time given that the role ended up getting filled while I was still interviewing.
