Interview
Corporate recruiting contacted me about the position and asked if I would be interested in interviewing. My interview schedule consisted of two potential peers, an HR manager, and the hiring manager for the position (in that order). The questions asked in the interview were all standard behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when...) and focused more on situational leadership or problem solving than technical abilities. Everyone was friendly and positive throughout the interview and also asked why I was I was interested in retail and their company specifically.
