The interview process had two steps. The first was a 30-45 minute preliminary interview which mostly consisted of behavioral questions. About a week later, I was invited to come on site for a full day of interviews. This final round of interviews took approximately six hours and consisted of four one-on-one interviews, a MS Excel assessment, and a brief tour of the Victoria's Secret store at Easton. The questions during these interviews were varied and more technical business and finance-related.

The interview process was good. There were the general questions and meetings with Recruiters, Managers and Senior management. They do ask one logic puzzle question about moving items across a river. But overall it was a normal experience.
