Interview
It first started with a phone interview that lasted about 30mins asking all the typical questions. It then ask more job specific question on your experience and explain how your journey ended up in applying for a position with the LB. The last questions are how would you bring value and what are your observation on its brand and how would you improve it if you were hired (that's if the HR know enough about your job function).

Great and friendly. Easy and smooth process. Met with a few different people and was very pleased w the way they treated me and how quickly they offered the job within just a few days. I definitely like this company!
