L.F. Jennings interview questions

It was actually very quick and smooth. I met with the Director. He spoke about how great LF Jennings was and how much better they are than all others companies because they are wealthy and are “the only ones sitting at the table.” Very little about me. Promised a follow on with the lead superintendent. I sent a thanks within 24 hours and was ghosted. Reached out a few more times and nothing. Very unprofessional for being so wealthy. I cannot recommend this company solely based on this interaction and lack of professionalism.

Laid back, somewhat informal. I had a phone interview to start off. That led to an an in person interview with three members of senior management. I had an offer within a few days.
