One of the strangest interview processes I've ever had the displeasure of going through. Process started with a phone screen with a member of talent acquisition / HR. Standard questions to determine eligibility. Moved on to the second round which was... not really an interview. It was the manager of the rotational program reading off of a powerpoint presentation for 30 minutes about how great the rotational program is and how I'd be a great fit. A week later I received an email that I was not selected to move forward. Complete waste of time.
