It began with an introduction, then followed by two rounds of interviews by different people separately, then they provided a CAD demo, finally they did another round of interviews with a different person.
Sit down at a job fair and asked questions about my project and research experience which led to a 30 minute interview going deeper into those questions. Second interview will have more technical questions as well as talking to multiple people.

Panel interview with 3 engineers and engineering managers.
Being an entry level job it was mostly questions about my personality, team experience, leadership experience, etc. Had a few technical questions, but mostly just to see that I know how to find a solution to a problem rather than knowing the actual answer. Use the STAR method to answer the questions whenever possible, but don’t ramble. Mostly, they are looking for someone they can get along with at work, but you also have to display hard work and competence.
