I had one 30 minute interview with the interviewer. It was very relaxed and then about an month and half later I received an offer. The interviewer and HR person were wonderful to work with during the process!
Behavioral interview with supervisor. Asked about experiences and finance knowledge. What was learned in the classroom and what has been used in previous internships. Asked questions about club involvements and leadership positions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L3Harris in Sept 2021
Interview
I applied directly with L3Harris on their website and received a call from a recruiter a few weeks later. They talked through the basics of the position, location, and said my salary requirement wouldn’t be a problem.
The main interview was conducted via Zoom and was a very typical “tell us about yourself” type interview. Their questions only lasted about 15 minutes and I took another 15 to ask specific questions about the job. It was odd how seemingly disinterested they were in asking about my background other than that I had done this sort of work before.
The recruiter called two days later asking if I’d be interested in working for almost $10k less than they had originally said wouldn’t be a problem.
Seemed like a waste of everyone’s time to go through the entire process just to offer so much less than originally discussed, especially when they hardly covered my qualifications in the actual interview.
