The first interview was with manager where he explained the job description, 2nd interview was with principal architect, we had peer programming round and then 3rd interview was again with the manager where he shared joining info

Several stages. Interviews with various VPs and Directors, and final interview with CEO. Hands-on homework with 5 assignments, including technical architecture and a small application challenges, that require understanding of software solutions and some technical experience. Good communication skills were expected.
