Applied online. Got an email 10 days after about Open Interview from 2-5. Met with OM and he basically did all of the talking about the job. Bring your resume. Talked about old job experiences and best qualities. Gave me a tour and said he would get back to me in 2-3 days.

Question 1
What were your previous work experiences and what did you do there?
It starter with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
Super easy. Straight forward. Simple questions. I think it is a great place to start off as a trainer or just a front desk associate to see how the gym operates.

An in person interview with the operations manager. She asked scenario based questions on how to handle customers, what I would do in certain situations, and what appropriate actions to take.
