I interviewed at LAL Language Centres (Maltersville, IN)
Interview
Easygoing, I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses. I had initially applied for a different position, but they thought I was more suitable for this one: Admissions Officer. Two persons interviewed me.
I applied online. I interviewed at LAL Language Centres (Twickenham, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
During application process at LAL I was selected for interviews and consequently a position at Twickenham St Mary's University from 2017-2019. The process was fair and straightforward.
What I particularly liked about it was how the process was carried out in a timely manner. My only observation was how being a returnee, a request for a reference might not have been so necessary.
I was very happy with the level of professionalism and efficiency of how the interview was handled. Keeping me informed with the joining details in the run-up to starting at the centre was also most appreciated.
