LANXESS Engineering Manager interview questions

HR interview followed by a Teams meeting with 3 managers. It was not difficult, but someone had feedback occurring on their hardware that was a distraction. The interview was not technical in nature, but it did seem they they were not sure which of the three was responsible for running the meeting.
