I applied online and received an email that I could come in for an on-the-spot interview Thursday or Friday. I went in for my interview, the woman only asked me for my name, email and phone number. She did not ask me any questions that you would see in a standard interview, she did not even care to get to know me. She briefly explained what I'd be doing there but was not interested in speaking with me I was only there for about 5 minutes. I'm not going to say she was not interested in me due to my race but I have never had an interview go that way and have them turn me down when I had all the qualifications they required.
