Had 2 interviews, one with Operations Manager, than a 2nd with his boss. Very affable people, seemed sincerely interested in me and my success with the company. Only 3 weeks in but feeling good about my decision to accept the position.

Question 1
The first thing they said was simply "tell us about yourself". Seemed sincerely interested.

Interview
Not formal at all. More of a conversation which is ok until a few things happened. I was asked to help them with a deal with my current company which was strange already. Then he kept repeating “if you don’t get the position” as if setting the tone that I already didn’t have the position without being interviewed yet. It was explained to me how the parking industry is a “boys club”. I felt incredibly discriminated against and uncomfortable.
