I had a brief 30-minute phone screen and almost an hour on-site interview. The 30-minute phone screen was as usual (asked about your resume, a few skills that I have listed that relate to the job, logistics). The on-site interview focused in depth on technical skills and on knowing who you are as a person, because giving you a job is one thing, but what you bring to the company and who you are as a person are very crucial to them, I feel like.

Not too difficult, but they ask direct questions on how you would help the company. They seem to hire based on how you would actually contribute rather than potential. Overall just behavioral questions and some Excel
