After the document review and the competency test passed, the first interview was to test my general ability, English communication (which was absurdly not used in the real working situ. later), any competency I had related to working experience. Interviewers were the team leaders. The second interview was by senior managements, presentation of developing a clinical trial was required. Topics were noticed a week ago and finally they were potential real projects of the company. (exploit your idea in some way haha)
