LGC Associate Scientist interview questions

I had an initial interview with a recruiter. We discussed the company and how I could fit there. I was asked if I could also have time to interview with the supervisor for the position. Once I said I could, pay was discussed ($30/hr). Because that was under what I could accept, we ended the interview on a positive, stay-in-touch note with a recommendation for what job titles to look out for on future applications.
