Usually done with the manager or supervisor, sometimes leads are included. Questions related to the job are asked. STEM background is preferred, but not required. Interview usually begins with general background of who you are. Situational interview questions are mostly asked such as, "How do you prioritize when there majority of tasks are important or if there is a lot on your plate?"
