I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LHH (London, England)
Interview
3-stage interview.
On the first stage, I had a phone interview with the HR person, where I felt ironically very discriminated against through a series of patronising questions about my home country and the attitude towards work ethics of "my people". However, I passed to the second stage (through an at-home test, with a very cloudy brief "to test my resilience and understanding with no-to-little indication of the final product requested") with the marketing manager: competent and overall pleasant person, she listened to me explaining my process regarding the development of the brief.
Apparently I also passed this second (third?) test, as was supposed to meet the Creative Director, according to the first not-so-pleasant HR person who called me to communicate the outcome, but I never received any other feedback after that final phone call, even after asking a couple of times.
Honestly? I feel like I dodged a bullet, there.

Interview
They made it seem like LHH was hiring, nowhere did it say that this was a "screening" for clients they work with. It is misleading and a waste of time for applicants who think the position is for LHH, like myself.
