Interview
long process and personality and competency test were time consuming and detailed. One phone interview and one in person interview along with background check. No way to tell how you do in the process. Once there it is another week or two of training and tests to be sure you are a good fit and also that you also like the job. Never be late, no second chances during the first two weeks.
