I first had a phone screening interview with the manager about my qualifications then we scheduled an on site interview. It start with a 15 min presentation, of a project you worked on, in front of the HR, consultant and account manager. Then follow a 1h30 test on the technical aspect of the job and how you would solve problematics (database management, logistique). After that, is a one on one interview with an executive to finally have a group interview with the consultant team. You receive a response within a week. My suggestions will be to review some basic knowledge and concepts in logistics and supply chains. Also, as a consultant they expect you to show confidence and be a good orator. Both people and atmosphere were very friendly, they know and interact with others. The culture is young, social activities are often organized to reinforce a sense of belonging. The office is located downtown Ann Arbor and surrounded by all administrative offices as well as restaurants, bars and clubs.
