Interview
Very straight forward. Met in person with individual and then a panel and went over behavioral questions and then a class degree audit. Discussed favorite classes and why had interest in the company and position. Also spoke about availability and if would be willing to work during the school year. Applied online through school hiring website and then was contacted via email before speaking on the phone and in person to determine everything and set up the interview and job

Interview
was referred by another employee. Going in, basic background questions about work and education were asked. Very unorganized and untrained interviewer. After sending me on to the next round of interviews the interviewer gave me positive, helpful feedback to use for the next interviews. The company definitely is in growth mode and needs to help teach their leaders how to interview.
