There was no interview process. I was contacted by the company to do an over the phone interview (which is off because I'm local). The interview was set for less than 48 hours from the inital contact date at 8 am. The appointment came and went and the hiring manager never called as stated. If the manager can't even keep a basic appointment for an interview, I'd hate to see how he runs his company.
