LOFT interview questions

It was fairly easy interviews. It was a few rounds of interviews. The HR team I worked with was very nice. Team had a lot of warnings about the job “difficulty”. It is fashion so… There was some difficulty negotiating. But overall the timeline was flexible. Salary offer is low compared to other companies.

Reached out to me to discuss the role, told me they wanted to set me up with the next steps, then got an email saying I was not qualified and did not meet any criteria they were looking for.
