reached out by a recruiter, the whole interviewing process took four weeks. Had to do a case study, get the same questions asked during the 4 different interviews. Communications was awful, i had to reach out at each step of the process. HR didnt know what they wanted for a Sales Manager as the recruitments kept changing.

Interview
Informal. The process was smooth and unpressured. Very European. We were able to cover a lot of ground quickly and evaluate one another. I felt that they looked as much for fit than experience. A decision was made to hire at the time of the interview.
