Resume drop at career fair, followed by a recruiter screen to assess fit. Proceeded to the hiring manager interview, focusing on role specifics and alignment with team goals. Only asked behavioral questions, no technical.
Totaled up to two rounds for a business division, relatively easy considering questions were all basic interview questions. Interviewers were very kind and easy to speak to, and there was genuine interest and flow in the conversation.
