The interview process had five stages:
Codility-based technical challenge
Technical interview (chat)
Competency-based interview
Manager interview – roughly 10% technical, 90% general discussion
Director interview – around 10% technical, 90% focused on culture and team fit
If you’re currently at a large company or working on projects aligned with the required skills, this is a strong opportunity. The company is excellent, with friendly recruiters and managers, though the process is slow .It took me three months to receive the final outcome. I would definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Interviewers are friendly. Just some data and fixed income questions. And leetcodes questions live coding. But for the final onsite round, you don’t have to write the code, just tell them about how to solve this specific leetcode.
