Psychometric Assessment then On Demand Interview. A few months after this, I received an Invite to a virtual assessment centre. One-one Interview, group task and Case study. Overall very smooth process but took quite a while.

Interview
Before covid-
Very positive experience. Definitely research the company before hand to give you talking points and make a good impression. There were about 4-5 different interviews and tasks throughout the day so it wasn't too overwhelming.
