So I was called two weeks after I applied and was set with an interview. The interview was smooth and friendly and lasted one hour (more than appointed 45 minutes) I was asked about my CV, personal life (hobbies, goals), and also about job requirements. Then they explained the whole process would take one month or more as they should interview with others as well and then shortlisted candidates would be contacted for an assessment. Now that I am writing this three weeks have passed and my follow up email has been unanswered. Personally I am satisfied with myself as I believe I did very good on interview, there were some signs I thought I would be shortlisted as the interviewers said several times they are enjoying the meeting, double checked my email, double checked I can relocate, explained the process, and were okay with meeting lasting more than normal. So I just say this to know that things can be against your expectations and perceptions.

Had a pleasant experience with the whole process. Was contacted over email on early January 2025 to do a pre-recorded interview and a few days after that, I was invited for a videocall interview. It went quite well and the interviewers were quite nice! They told me that they would send me an assignment and that if it went well, they would discuss the next steps of joining the team. Thing is, when I received the assessment (moments after the 2nd interview), I was told I'd have 2 days to complete it. The day after the interview, I received an automated email saying that I was no longer being considered for the position. Finding it odd that I received a random automated email after all the interviews with them, I still completed the assignment and delivered it. Didn't hear back from them for 1/2 weeks so I followed back with an email, asking what I should expect. I was ghosted.
