LSEG interview process is too comprehensive. Plus, I heard from an insider source that they are biased in their interview process. They prefer candidates belonging from a particular region of India. Moving forward to the interview process, it was a 2 hours interview (very impractical). The first hour, they follow a script and ask behavioral questions. The next hour, they ask to do a case study about a third party audit (impractical again because 1 hour is not enough to prepare an audit workpaper). Secondly, LSEG expects the person interviewing for a particular role know in & out of their business divisions and Annual Report (impractical again). The interviewers have a condescending attitude. Their rationale for rejecting candidates is "years of experience not enough for the above market standard pay". I did not under why did they interview someone if the YOE was not sufficient according to them.
