Projects & Experience – Discussion about my past projects, including the technologies used and challenges faced. Relocation – They inquired about my willingness to relocate for the role. Overall, the technical round was well-structured, with relevant questions aligned to my profile. HR Round The HR interviewer was very welcoming and made the conversation smooth. They asked: General Questions – A casual discussion, including topics like my neighborhood. Relocation – Confirming my flexibility to relocate if required. The HR round felt more like a friendly conversation rather than a formal interview. Final Thoughts The overall interview experience at LTI Mindtree was positive.
