Straight forward, managers were honest, kind, yet difficult. Managers did not have prepared standard HR questions, instead asked valid and thought provoking questions regarding skills and experiences at previous jobs. While they interviewed me, they also pitched their company and their product. Showing enthusiasm and spirit, making it exciting that I should join.
