LUV Car Wash interview questions

The interview process was simple. I found it very disheartening because during the interview I noticed an additional position was posted for a ER Specialist role. They advised they were just sourcing other applicants because they got too many overqualified responses to the Manager requisition. It does not seem honest and transparent. Felt like time was wasted because they in the end will ultimately hire a Specialist as opposed to a Manager.
