Interview
First contact after application was within 5-6 days, short questionnaire and brief sent before interview. Fairly standard interview process with focus on UK and specifically London's beauty industry. Knowledge of large wholesalers is advantage as well as a good grasp of competitors and brand positioning. A small presentation has to be prepared for one of the brands in their portfolio.
