Its A bit complex Process. You have to apply and after that you would get a link to test your typing skills in only one attempt and in which you have to type some number of sentences in 45-50 mins. The number of sentences are high. rough idea is above 150.

They will call you for an initial screening from HR, then a virtual interview with the manager. They will ask about your previous experience, your availability, strengths, weaknesses, and other basic interview questions. Pretty straightforward.
