First, you have to submit your CV. After that, there was a video interview with questions that are given to you beforehand which is very helpful. You are required to record your responses. After this is psychometric testing to test your inductive reasoning (like non-verbal reasoning). Then there was an online interview with a member of the team. You prepare a HTML+CSS website using the resources they provide. The first half of the interview is going through that and the second half is a coding challenge in Javascript (you will be told how much you need to practice and what areas beforehand). After that, you are given an offer or not. P.S. they do mention a telephone interview but this call was just to make sure you understand the terms of the opportunity and didn't take longer than 3/4mins.
